Stack House Media™ provides website design, development, and digital services to businesses. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or proposals provided to each client. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a binding contract.
Free website mockups are provided as a courtesy to prospective clients at our discretion. A mockup does not represent a final product and is not a guarantee of service. Mockups remain the property of Stack House Media™ until a paid project agreement is signed.
All content on the Stack House Media™ website, including text, graphics, mockups, and code, is the intellectual property of Stack House Media™ unless otherwise noted. Upon completion of a paid project and full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final website as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services and removal of delivered work from production environments. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

Stack House Media™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue results from our services. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
